Very nice experience and nice drink offered by the place. The concert was played on two parts with a break in the middle for the drinks.

We loved the atmosphere of the venue, and the pianist was absolutely amazing.
The erotic photo exhibition in the venue detracted from our experience, and didn't seem to be a good choice for this kind of concert. My elderly visitors that I brought to this concert were very uncomfortable.

Thank you for your review. We are only guests at the Gallery and poto exhibitions are beyond our control. Usually exhibitions are very good and create an additional attraction for our guests, but this one... We are counting days up to the moment it will be removed.

Perfect Way to Unwind After Site-Seeing

You can't visit Poland and not take in a night of classical music courtesy of Chopin. This should be required listening.
Here, we listened to a master pianist weave a tale of emotion through various movements of his music. It was spell-binding - his passion, his his fluidity... the way his fingers glided over the keys at lightening speed. He was so enraptured, I am not sure he even registered our presence until he could briefly pause between pieces or when he spoke at the end of the first portion of the concert. Pure excellence.
During intermission, we were treated to wine, vodka, cider and water. We had time to stretch our legs, intermingle with guests and look out at the views.
What a lovely evening.

Thank you for this great review! On thing however needs explanation. We, pianists, are very well aware of the presence of the audience. We feel the mood in the concert hall subconsciously. Only if we feel this magic union with the audience, we are flying to reach unreachable. And such was that evening. Also thanks to your reception and attitude. Visit us again, and thanks again. Wojciech Pyre provided us with an hour of Chopin that included 9 compositions from Etudes to waltzes. Many were recognizable pieces and others we had not heard before. All were superbly played. The gentleman that welcomed us and introduced the pianist had a delightful personality and had us laughing. At the intermission, we enjoyed the beautiful outside garden area along with yummy apply juice or honey wine. The venue was part of the castle in Old Town which added to the overall experience. Book this - you won't regret it!
