    • Tre Cime di Lavaredo are open seasonally (from late May until October) and are subject to weather conditions, if not accessible on the day of your tour, you will enjoy more time in Cortina d’Ampezzo instead.
    • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
    • Please note: From November 15th until Tre Cime di Lavaredo reopens (around the third week of May) this tour will visit Braies Lake and San Candido, located on the border of Austria) instead of Lake Misurina and Tre Cime di Lavaredo. From November 23rd to January 6th you'll also visit the San Candido Christmas Market.
    • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

St Mark’s Basilica does not offer a fast entry service to anyone in other periods considered off peak season. No refund is due when skip-the-line reservation isn't required.

    • Beginning Friday 6 August 2021 and until further notice, access to museums, galleries and all related tourist venues as well as indoor bars and restaurants, will be permitted only to those in possession of a Green COVID-19 Certification (Green Pass or equivalent certificate).     Walking tour: guide was good but didn’t take us into dodges palace and st marks church was just a quick walk through. Most stuff was just filler. Would recommend going with other tour company. Taxi tour : fun guide was great!!! Definitely recommend it!!! Dolomite: excellent!! Fun and breathtaking views!! Driver was great and stopped at 6 different spots!!! It’s a MUST tour

    Dear Client , Thank you for your precious feedback about our combo Dolomites and Venice in 1 day over 2 days - i’m Glad to read about your wonderful experience on our Dolomites tour and boat tour of the Grand Canal . In regards to the walking tour , the tour you’ve booked does not include the interiors of the doges palace - we have a specific 2 hrs tour featuring the visit of the doges palace - as for st mark’s basilica , the tour features its interior . As I do not know the day you took the tour and as specify in the tour literature at times the basilica closes to the public for special events and/ or high water . So probably on that day there was some special event in the church and that was probably the reason that impeded all visitors going inside . I’m sorry about that , of course , and I understand your disappointment for this , but just wanted to reassure that it was because of a special event that our tour did not feature that day the interior as we do include it when the church does not close its doors to visitors .     Both days were fabulous and welll organized. Driving through the Dolomites was spectacular, especially since it had snowed hard the day before. Apart from the scenery, sights like the Olympic ski slope, a huge dam, etc. I especially enjoyed seeing the places where Titian lived and worked. Dinner at a lovely restaurant with fellow travelers was a lot of fun. The guide, obviously very new at the job, was very friendly and personable. My advice for those choosing to take the tour this time of year is to dress very warmly even if Venice does not warrant it. Despite the pouring rain the next day, the aqua alta with the flooding, the walking tour was great and because the guide, who was very passionate about her city, knew it well, enabled us to bypass many obstacles. The boat tour in the afternoon was very enjoyable as well. Fully recommend this and hope to repeat it one day in better weather!

    This was our favourite tour of the trip. Our day in the Dolomites with Justin was beyond memorable. Some of our best pictures are from this tour and we were on a 3 week honeymoon. Justin was a great driver, he was kind and full of so much information. He knew it was going to rain and continued to watch the radar and tour us around until it was upon us. That is when we stopped for lunch. It rained for the hour while we ate and then we were back to touring! The lunch was AMAZING!!! The entire meal was our favourite of the trip!!! I couldn't recommend this portion of the tour any more, honestly!!! Well worth the cost!!! For the skip-the-line portion we had Marco for the walking tour. He is tall and easy to follow in the large crowds of Venice. He is witty and charming and could answer any of our questions. Our water boat tour was with Christina. We loved doing this portion of the tour. It was a great way to see all of Venice and not deal with hiring our own taxi!!! This tour was a perfect way to see all of Venice highlights in one day and the beautiful stunning Dolomites another day!

    We had looked forward for some time for the Dolomite Mountains trip. Unfortunately the day was very wet and the mist covered the mountains so we saw very little of them. The trip was good but to enjoy to the full would require better visibility. The guides were very good the location for the lunch and food provided were excellent - so in summary it was a well planned trip but the weather plays a significant part in what will be experienced on the day The Skip the Line walking tour of Venice was superb. Our very knowledgeable guide made it a really good and worthwhile experience. She provided indepth information at particular places with good variety that kept everyone interested. The trip to St Marks Cathedral would have been difficult without going on a tour as the lines were so long, but we were able to get in after only a few minutes wait. The boat trip in the afternoon was okay but the guided commentary was much more general and less interesting. As first time visitors to Venice taking the tours was a good place to start in this amazing city.

    Venice rating: 1 Dolomites rating: 5 Venice in One Day: Not worth it, skip this one. Highlight of the tour was supposed to be St. Mark's Basilica, but we were in there a total of maybe 10 minutes. We didn't even get to walk around and explore. The rest of the tour was just walking around the city into different "campos"... like residential squares. Very boring. Then instead of being brought back to the original meeting place, we were left in the streets, told to go eat at a restaurant along the canal, and given rough directions about how to head back. Venice is like a maze full of dead-ends, so we took forever finding our way again. It's also not clear in the ad that there is a long wait between the end of the walking walking tour and the start of the boat tour. We had over 2.5 hours to kill, which affected the plans we had for the evening. Dolomite Tour: Vincenzo (our guide) was very friendly, informative, and accommodating; we liked him a lot. He made sure that we didn't feel rushed. I liked the fact that it was a small group tour. This was one of my favourite tours that I've done so far in Italy. The only part of the trip I didn't like was Cortina, but that's just personal preference. The ad says minibus, but it's actually an 8-seater van. It would also be nice if the meeting point could be Piazzale Roma instead of Tronchetto.

    Liked the view of Dolomite Mountains. Didn't like the tour guy (driver). He got the accident on the way to Dolomite mountains. He needed to pay some responsibility cause he drove to other side. On the way back to Venice, he speeded up to 160km/hr. The speed limit was 110. He also texted and drove.
