Venice Marco Polo Airport Private Arrival Transfer

Very easy transfer after a long flight. Meet and great was great! Took us right to our water taxi. Boat was amazing. Very helpful with all our luggage and dropped us right in front of hotel! Would highly recommend Viator for any transfer or tours. Booking was very easy

Our flight from the United States was cancelled. We sent this company updates as we waited for a flight to take us the rest of our journey to Venice. We updated this company with new flight and arrival information. When we cleared customs at the Venice airport and looked for a company representative holding a sign with our name, as promised, there was no one there. We had to ask airport personal how to get in touch with the company. We did find someone to take us to our hotel, but not Viator.

Fantastic meet and greet service and speedy transfer to hotel. Great personal service. The airport was very busy, the meet and greet service was friendly, walking us all the way to the lagoon where our boat was waiting

This isn’t the cheapest Heaped way to travel in to Venice from the airport but it is certainly the most stylish and certainly something to do if you can.

No one turned up for our meet and greet service we had to sort this this out our selves over a hour and half later

I did not receive any pickup/ transfer. The airline lost our luggage so my husband and I had to wait in an hour long line to get information on how to retrieve it. I called the company right away when we saw our luggage was missing and I was told they are open till midnight. Our pick up time was for 1630, I spoke to the company at 1702 and when we finally got out of the airport it was 1800. The picture provided shows my calls. A few problems I have 1) airports are unpredictable, delayed flights, lost luggage, anything can happen, but I did not receive a single call to find out where I was for my pick up. I called them SEVEN times to verify my arrangement and let them know I was going to be late. No one reached out to me. It was a simple “she’s not here and we’re gonna get paid either way” so they left. 2) the only contact number provided is a machine. They should really provide a number to message or call the transporter directly. I might have only talked to someone in the office and I hoped they would communicate to each other that we were stuck in a baggage line and we would be late. 3) no where in the description does it say they will only wait a certain amount of time before you lose your ride. So if I’m not there within 30min they can just leave? Who knows. I’ve already taken it up with viator and they refused a refund because the transporter “waited”, no they abanded me at the airport. So they made $309 to “wait for me”. Anyway we took an affordable water taxi to our hotel. This is unnecessarily expensive. I thought it would cost more for a taxi but it was half this price. I regret booking this.

Great service. Beautiful water taxi ride to the Grand Canal! We are using this same service for our departure.

Had to walk with all of our luggage for about 10 minutes to get the water taxi, and then had to wait about 25 minutes as there wasn't a water taxi available, Certainly not worth the £198 I paid for the experience

The boat driver was thoroughly disinterested. Spent the whole journey on his phone. The cost using Viator is roughly double arranging directly via hotel or in person

Great way to travel from the airport directly to your hotel. No fuss and quick. The girls felt that they were in a James Bond movie.
