Amazing experience!

After having a nightmare getting on the wrong boat and missing our group, Maja arranged another speed boat for us to go to Krka. The experience was beautiful. She made sure everything was okay and we were having a good time. The free lunch was very nice too! Overall a 10/10 experience :)

Wij hadden onze trip helaas anders voorgesteld. Er staat geschreven : Als je moe wordt of als het te warm wordt, spring dan onder de grote waterval en zwem in het frisse water van de Krka-rivier. —> Dit is niet , waar want het is verboden om erin te gaan.
Wij hadden 2 kleine kindjes bij inclusief een buggy, heel erg jammer want alleen maar trappen, trappen , trappen en heel stijl! Alsook staat er geschreven:
‘ Reisroute Stopt bij: Skradinski Buk Waterfall Welkom in het traditionele Dalmatische dorp en de plek waar Kroatië het moderne tijdperk van elektrische energie binnenstapte met een van 's werelds oudste waterkrachtcentrales. Als je moe wordt of als het te warm wordt, spring dan onder de grote waterval en zwem in het frisse water van de Krka-rivier. De rivier en watervallen produceren voortdurend natuurlijke fenomenen, zoals travertijnformaties die een langzaam proces van calciumcarbonaatafzetting zijn. Daarnaast doen rijke en endemische soorten planten en dieren de natuur met elke nieuwe dag herleven en nodigen ze je uit om mee te doen. Toegangskaartje voor Nationaal Park Krka is bij de prijs inbegrepen Duur: 4 uur ‘ dit is geen 4 h maar waren eigenlijk van 11-19 weggeweest, dit is niet haalbaar met kleine kinderen en 37graden.
We vonden het dus heel erg jammer want hadden maar 1 waterval gezien owv de tijd die dan ingekort was owv de kinderen.
Inclusief flesjes water: dit hebben we ook niet gezien.
Heel erg jammer om hier 200 euro aan te geven! :’(

We are so sorry to hear that our guests are dissatisfied with our service!
It was clearly a missunderstanding because it says that you have 4 hours inside the National park and that tour lasts for around 6 hours (+lunch) altogether with the speed boat!
We unfortunately can’t affect the weather, its summer so you should have expected high temperatures. Also, we cant affect the water on the boat which is owned by the national park.
Regarding the swimming under the waterfalls, this is the first year its forbidden, but we hope they will allow it again soon.
