Good tour, cover a lot in a couple of hours. Sistine chapel was amazing to see. I would recommend it.

Didn't start very well, lost an hour as a small group of elderly people decided to join which unfortunately wouldn't be possible on a 3hour fast pace tour. I do feel this should have been dealt with straight away rather than us loosing so much time as we wasn't able to complete our whole tour. What we did see was incredible, our tour guide was very knowledgeable (actually felt I should have done a little research before this tour)

I wouldn’t recommend an experience like this. The guide was dedicated to his work but the introduction was far too long and unnecessary . He should let us to go inside and explain at the right moment instead to explain a poster from the front of the museum in strong wind and cold. Anyway I won’t pay ever again for a guide. Sorry if I’m negative.

The tour was to include St. PETER'S BASILICA and we never went there, which was the main reason we booked the tour. We have been very disappointed wi RT h the guides on our trip to Rome.

Disappointed

Competent and friendly. They RUSH you through. 30 minutes or more of the tour is walking to the Vatican, waiting in line, getting audio equipment… if you want to speed through this is the tour for you. If you want to see anything, get a different tour or go without a guide. We ditched the group and finished on our own.

The whole experience was mind-blowing, the guide was excellent and really knew all the history and presented it very well. One day is just not long enough.

Good but overpriced

This tour is like any of the others. The guides are good and know a lot about the museum and art, but this tour is more expensive than it should be. The basilica (at least right now) is free to enter. So you’re better off booking the cheaper tour of the Vatican museum and Sistine chapel. There’s no need to pay extra for the basilica!
