Couldn't find the bus.
, Sep 2021
We never did find the bus. All we saw was the Colliseum with a tour of the lower level Too bad we only afforded one day in Rome so we knew we would only visit a few areas. Thank you very little.
Bad experience. Tour company not in business.

The bus tour company I got tickets for through Viator is not even in business anymore. I was never advised of this. I had to buy tickets in another company when I got to Rome in order to do the tour. This was an awful experience. I need a refund of the tickets price.

Hello, We are very sorry but unfortunately we had to extend the suspension period due to the current situation. Hope you'll enjoy our tour in the next future.

At the beginning of the Coronavirus crisis
, Mar 2020
I liked the route it took, and learned a few things. I still think the quality of the sound should be improved, and the announcement for when the bus stops, must be heard clearly through the speakers. Another criticism is that I was told that the whole trip would take about an hour and a half. It felt shorter than that. Other than that, I was spoken to politely, and enjoyed the experience.

Not dependable
, Mar 2020
The ride was fine, but, we were told the last bus would leave the terminal at 5:30 on March 1. We were at stop 2 on the route at 5:30, along with about 25 others. The bus never came even though several other companies came by. We ended up taking an expensive taxi to get back to our hotel.

Lost money

Mixed directions about where to get tickets and we had to go to multiple places to get vouchers and then the tickets. Overall lost lots of money with business hours that were not flexible.

Day Trip
, Feb 2020
Although our ticket stated 09.00am it actually arrived at 9.20pm which made us late for our Vatican visit which was extremely disappointing and ruined our day.

Bus pass is worth every penny.
, Feb 2020
The bus pass was brilliant but when we collected the tickets the lady at the information centre said we had to upgrade our tickets to a guided tour of the Vatican otherwise we wouldn't get to see the Sistine chapel. This is not the case. The bus pass was a great way to cover the majority of the city and help you find your way around.
