Flavio was great. He stopped at the highlights to give us some history and context for what we were seeing. It made the trip that much more enjoyable. It was a cold but sunny day. It was great to get out of the city for a few hours and see the countryside, nature, parks and local people. And in all of it the history! The Appian Way is not to be missed. It’s my fourth time to Rome and my first time on the Appian Way. Spectacular!! The bikes were fun to ride and allowed us to pedal as much or as little as we wanted.

Hi, my son and I recently went on this tour and found everything from the booking system until the tour end was exceptional and our tour guide Sarah was very attentive and informative. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is fairly competent on a bicycle.

Excellent trip. Sara is a wonderful guide. Caring that everyone is felling ok all the time during 4 hours of very interesting tour. If you want to see and do something little bit different, to cut the routine, this is perfect. Bikes are super cool, easy for everyone from kids to older persons. Thank you guys, it was perfect.

Peaceful Countryside Adventure

This was a great way to see outside of the bustling city. After a short bike ride out of the city we were rewarded with beautiful views of the countryside. E-bikes are the way to go. Gian Marco was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He made sure we were safe and happy with our experience. Some in my group were not bikers me included but we felt like we were 4hrs after. The Appian Way which was the last to see was a trip back in time, rugged at times but nonetheless beautiful. If you think of this tour as bike ride through a garden this is not for you. But Give it a try, the E-bikes will do most of the work. Thanks Again Gian Marco

This was an incredible experience ! Highly recommend the 4 hour or 6 hour tours, 2 hours isn’t enough to really see everything this has to offer. We did the 4 hour and had a great time, incredible views, great history, and a unique adventure! Our guide was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any and all questions. The route was very well planned. Cannot express enough how much we loved this

We loved the idea of traveling on the ancient road and learning of it's history, however, getting to the actual Appian way from the office felt treacherous. We are comfortable with riding city streets but this was beyond what could be deemed acceptable and certainly not enjoyable. Would not recommend.

Hello Lisa, thank you for the review. We are sorry that you felt unsafe riding a bike from our office to the Ancient Appian way. The path to arrive there includes roads open to cars and we imagine this is the reason why you had such a bad experience. However, we do this tour everyday, twice a day, and we NEVER had customers complaining about it. Our guides follow procedures developed to ensure that every single participant to our tours would be safe. Some of the roads where we pass are not pedestrian area, but they are not trafficked and always large enough to allow the passage of cyclists. Great part of the tour is along country paths and the last part is a bike lane. Our customers include families with kids and elders, so we are totally focused on safety. Once again, we are sorry that you felt unsafe, but we can ensure that you've never been in danger with us. Nevertheless, we care about your feedback and we will improve our communications protocols to make everybody feeling, and not only being, 100% safe. But did you like the tour?...
