We loved this tour! Mary, our fabulous guide, made it one of the top tours that we’ve ever taken. She was funny, kind, professional, and so knowledgeable. We were impressed with her compassion as we walked on cobblestones up and down hills :) The food and wine were terrific as well. We learned, we ate, we enjoyed!!! Thank you Mary! You’re a 5+++++++!!

It was ok. Too many hills, lots of climbing. Definitely not for someone who is ok with walking up lots of steep hills and working their way through crowds. It was mediocre at best.

Charles was excellent. He provided lots of historical snippets interspersed with food samples including cream puffs, specialty chocolates, a charcuterie and wines, and a macaroon for desert. He was very attentive to be sure everyone was following along and keeping up. An excellent late afternoon excursion.

Montmartre is a great place to visit and explore. This tour was over priced and didn't deliver to expectations. We could have free walked ourselves and bought the food samples from the shop without the guide. The lunch and wine tasting were a joke. A shared plate of 3 cheeses and some ham with a wine of France Chardonnay and cheap Bordeaux red do not qualify as food and wine tasting.

I enjoyed the entire tour! Nick was an excellent tour guide and shared his knowledge of Montmartre’s history. Be aware that this is an uphill trip, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes that can stand the cobblestone streets. The tour ends at the top of the hill in front of the church. Nick will tell you how to get down the hill and show you where you can get a taxi or where your Uber will be waiting. Also, if you do not drink, the restaurant will provide you an alternative beverage, I had freshly squeezed orange juice! Take the tour, you will enjoy it.

Having been to Montmartre before, this tour offered introduced us to areas that we had not experienced before. Our guide was a chef, therefore he was very detailed about the foods we got to experience as well as the wine we tasted.

This was a great walk through Montmartre. We learned so much about the area, Paris and the snacks we tried. Nick our host was super informative, well prepared and friendly, he took such great care of the group. The climb up the hill was totally manageable and at a good pace, with “nourishment” along the way! It isn’t a lot of food, but it was all very tasty. Highly recommend!
