I do NOT recommend this boat company. Horrible customer service, the french servers were extremely rude, we felt very rushed throughout the whole experience, the boat was VERY HOT, no AC, or fans and the food was terrible. This was a complete joke. I've done other boat tours before but this was was really the worst of all. STAY AWAY.

It was a great experience. The food was delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was you had to pay for more things when you got on. Want a window seat, extra $15 pp. Want water, extra $10. Want cocktails, extra $15. Want a piece of birthday cake, extra $12. Want pictures, guess what…….you know it, extra $$. Just like a real cruise, I guess. Nickel and dime you for everything!

The dinner was delicious and the choices were good. Staff were helpful, especially when I needed internet access to get our tickets and couldn’t. The young lady let me use her as a hotspot. Note that we did have to pay 15€ extra per person for window seats and the alcohol was not included. Overall, great experience!

Trip was fantastic from start to finish😍. Staff were lovely and service was excellent. As we were on the late trip, the boat waited so we could see the Eiffel tower sparkle! There was even a chance to dance on board at the end. Highly recommend!

This is just waste of money. They charge so much for this experience and then you go there and you have to pay extra for a window seat, for champagne. For everything. I wanted to reschedule mine and they charged 40 euros more and did not even give me a refund for the earlier booking. This was my worst experience in paris. Food wasn’t very good. If you want to go for the view select the normal boat which takes you around.

The whole experience was rushed from the moment we sat down at the table. Which made the experience really uncomfortable and awkward. The staff were clearing our table before we’d even finished they practically swiped the plates from underneath us! They threw the bill on the table before the end of the meal and hovered until we paid it. The drinks were extremely expensive (€10 for water) the food was okay definitely not worth the price we paid and the service was incredibly poor. Very disappointing and would definitely not recommend.

To all US clients don't ever take this particular tour with Viator. French people do not honor or recognize this, once you get here in Paris. The reception are really MEAN to us becuase you don't get booking from them. Also, I paid additional 100 EU to take the 9:15 dinner. You better off to take all the booking tours activities here in Paris instead getting in advance from our home country US. In addition there's no VIATOR customer service number you can call plus the details are very confusing NO particular name of the Dinner Cruise line and no phone number as well. This a waste of vacation time plus it's my bithday celebration and got ruined and wasted my $173.36

The views were amazing. Dinner was very good. Our waiter was a disappointment. We were super polite and thankful and I don’t think he smiled once. He was not rude however he was not very pleasant. A smile does go a long way. The other thing was that if we didn’t know what landmarks we we cruising by, we would not have known we were seeing. No guide speaking. Otherwise it was very relaxing, food was good and sights were beautiful.

We were unable to participate in the cruise . Our instructions specifically said to arrive at the departure point at 9:15 (no earlier), and we did so. When we got there at the time instructed the boat was leaving the dock. When we asked at the ticket stand the attendants not only told us there was nothing they could do, they were also laughing and thought it was funny . I was very disappointed with the instructions for arrival as well as the poor customer service and overall lack of caring . When I asked for a refund as the circumstances causing us to miss the experience were not our fault, i was told no refund will be given. I participated in many other tours in Paris this week that were excellent, however this one was was horrible .

The view down the Seine River was the only enjoyable thing on this dinner tour. We also had to pay 15 euros a person to have a window seat even though the boat wasn’t full. Food was okay but not worth the price. The steak was over cooked and dry. Near the end of the tour, we advised our server that it was my brothers birthday. And he said we had to pay 10 more euros to do a happy birthday song and cake (we already get dessert with our dinner). Honestly just a money grab. Would not do it again.

I was few minutes late due to out of hand circumstances. I called the operator 10 minutes before the cruise start time to let them know that I am on my way searching for the cruise meeting point, and I will be around 5 min late if they can wait for me. They were not flexible at all and they refused to wait for me at all. They told me that I have to arrive on time if I wanna get on the cruise. I arrived exactly 6 min late. They told me the cruise is already gone. They did not accept any refund request. In short, I lost 173 USD (2 tickets) because the company could not wait 5 min for someone who is there with them on the phone coming their way. I admit that I was few min late, but that is not how a respectful company should deal with their customers who are paying huge amount of money for the cruise. NOT RECOMMENDED!
