Paris Local Districts and Stories Off the Beaten Track Guided Bike Tour

Simon is a great guide! All his fun little stories, local knowledge and positive energy made the bike tour just that much more fun! Loved the choices in all the locations to visit.

My family enjoyed riding through Paris, it was fun and safe. Children can definitely keep up and the guide made sure they were ok. The thing is, our guide was long-winded and told stories that had little to do with Paris, more about his friends and random opinions. He also enjoys stereotyping and doing imitations. For the French it was “the French love chopping heads off” which I interjected with “used to!!” (For my kids) and for Americans it was making guns with his fingers, pointing them in the air and “shooting”, then yelling “get off my property before I kill you”. We are American so I said, “nooooo” hoping he'd get the hint and stop. When he did it again I said “where we’re from it’s not like that, we’re not those American” and he would not stop. It happened at least 3 times. He also said we had a 5-year old in office (meaning Trump) which may be accurate lol but is not appropriate on a tour with kids and two groups of Americans. He also gave us choices “do you want to see the Mosque or the Roman amphitheater?” When both are clearly on the itinerary. The tour is fun and the guide meant well, but we can do without the harsh stereotypes and judgement.

Our upbeat guide kept the cycling momentum going taking us to colorful and key neighborhoods. She shared history at different stopping points while weaving in impressional moments which brought her stories to life.

Noel was great at guiding us through the bike tour. Highly recommend to the visitors who want see more of Paris.

Our guide es absolutely fabulous. What s fun thing to do in Paris. Bikes were great, safe, nice spots, no rush, skip lots of other things but definitely do this!

We did the locals bike tour with our kids, who are 9 and 11. They had fun, so we had fun! We were placed in a group with kids, which was so helpful! Our guide was Simon. He was funny, informative and led a good tour. I highly recommend!

Had most amazing time feeling like true Parisians. Tour was very well organized and thought out. Our guide Allan was very knowledgeable, personable and funny. We would recommend it to anyone (Any age and physical ability). We had our 7 years old son with us and he had a blast as well. Very good selection of bicycles.
