Prepare to be amazed
, Jun 2022
First our studio tour guide, Paulo, was fantastic! A professed nerd, he was a walking, bubbling, enthusiastic, fount of knowledge of everything Potter. Second, everything we saw was amazing. I would not describe any of it here because any one going to WB Studio Tour has the right to experience the awe of seeing it for the first time. The tour was well worth the money. (BTW, a guide meets you in London and chaperones you via train & shuttle to the WB Studio. The process was seamless & worry free.)
Highly recommend!

We had a great experience. Our tour guide, Hannah S, was awesome. We learned so much about all of the behind the scenes work that went into the HP movies. Highly recommend!
Cool studio but boring tour
, Jun 2022
The venue was awesome, but this was not an exclusive tour, so other people followed us who did not pay for tour to hear info. The information was OK from the tour guide, but nothing groundbreaking and got bogged down in too much minutia while it seemed we skipped some important displays along the way.
If you are a Harry Potter...
, Jun 2022
If you are a Harry Potter fan, this is a “Must Do” activity! Our tour guide was excellent! He had extensive knowledge on Harry Potter. The City Wonders team made getting to and from the Harry Potter Studio easy.
Worth it
, Jun 2022
Kevin was awesome, very polite, funny and is well trained to do his job, the tour in general was pretty good jist at the end the transportation was awful, we spoke with 4 bus drivers and all 4 were rude and had no idea about idea about which bus we had to take so they were sending is back and forth to from one stop to another making is miss 4 busses, we to and Uber to our way to Warner Brothers so we didn't know what bus we had to ride. I'll recommend to anyone to take the tour, otherwise you will feel like you are in a museum. We did have fun and it was a great experience.
Enjoyable Harry Potter tour
, Jun 2022
We were fortunate enough to have Hannah as our guide. It was her inaugural tour! She did a marvelous job. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions! It was obvious she has joy for Harry Potter… and was able to share that with us.
It was great sharing this...

It was great sharing this experience with my granddaughter - a big Harry Potter fan. The guides were exceptional.
Good tour even for non Harry Potter fans
, Jun 2022
I have never read a HP book or even seen a movie, I only went on the tour because my daughter is a fan. What a pleasant surprise! It was fascinating to see how much work goes into making the movies, from the sets to the costumes.... You can do the tour on your own but I would recommend the guide since he made it much more interesting than just reading the boards. I didn't give this tour 5 stars because the guide we were given to take us from the train station to Universal was useless. She didn't give us any info on how to get back to London and just dropped us off at Universal and left without letting us know where or how to meet up with our Universal guide.

It is amazing to see the bank, Hogwart’s the masks, etc. I loved the tour and I am planning in doing it again in the future.
Fantastic Tour dreadful Tour operator
, May 2022
Fantastic tour it's a shame Viator were so dreadful to deal with. I will never book another experience with them.
Small group definitely worth it.
, May 2022
It was absolutely worth it to pay for the small group tour. We only had five in our group and the guy was excellent. We got so much more information and were able to see so much more. I highly recommend.
Great tours for adults but too much for young kids
, May 2022
Great tour for Harry Potter crazy fans however it isn’t suitable for kids. The guided tour was so detailed that you could be standing at the same set for up to 30 min just listening. My 7 year old got itchy feet and wanted to run around. Also to stand still listen for 2 hour straight is a lot for children and that was just the first half of the tour. I would only recommend this tour for adults who are super crazy about Harry Potter and want go through costumes and wigs one by one for example

Best day ever
, May 2022
We had a wonderful day with Kevin. He was super knowledgeable and friendly, and he really made the day special. You could really spend all day there and still not see it all, but I feel like we really crammed a lot of information/attractions in the 4.5 hours there. I felt like a little kid all day and loved every minute of it.
Accidentally Booked the Wrong Dates and Lost $600
, May 2022
We hate to give them 1 star as we did not go on the tour. Our problem is of our own making but for a large company we were expecting to receive some help. We are traveling to the UK this summer 2022 and tried to book directly with Warner Brothers for the tour and the last three tickets sold out as we were trying to book them. We found Viator and saw that they had three spots available for the dates that we wanted. We were so excited as our daughter loves Harry Potter and we had never been to the UK so we wanted to surprise her with the tour. We rushed through the ordering process as to not lose the last three open spots for the tour however we do not recall seeing the dates for selection. We completed the process purchased the tickets for $600 and when we receive the confirmation email we were surprised that the tour was for the next day 5/12. As I said before this was our mistake however we thought that by contacting the company immediately they could give us some assistance and we could rebook for the correct dates. Unfortunately that was not the case we used the chat feature right away but there was no reply. We called the contact number available and did get a hold of a representative we explained our situation and that we were calling to cancel immediately so we could rebook for the correct dates. She said that she could not help us and gave us a different telephone number in the UK, we called but no answer. We called back the main number and spoke with another representative which tried to help us he took our booking number which would have our contact information and told us that we would be updated. We were expecting them to get back to us right away however we did not hear from them till the 15th telling us that they could not assist us with any help or refund. Needless to say we are very disappointed, that is a lot of vacation money down the drain. We were shocked that they would not refund the money being that we contacted them immediately after receiving a confirmation email. My advice to anyone booking with this company please make sure you double check everything when you are booking a tour online.

Harry Potter tour
, May 2022
Our tour guide had obviously seen and loved the movies. She could answer every question and we liked that she did not sound like she was reading from a script. Although the tour was long, there was so much to see and was never boring. It was a wonderful addition to our London trip.
Take this tour! You won’t regret it!
, May 2022
This private tour was SO worth the money. You get access and knowledge from a guide who knows the studio and all the little details that you wouldn’t see/know just walking around yourself. If you happen to get David as your guide, consider yourself lucky. He’s so enthusiastic about Harry Potter and loves his job. If you’re a HP fan, this is a must do!!
Worth the extra money
, Apr 2020
This tour was really worth the extra money. If you're a fan, I would definitely go for the earliest time, so you can really enjoy everything. Someone will meet you outside the train station and goes with you on the train, then onto the Warner Bros Studio bus and then hands you over to the Warner Bros Studio tour guide. Then he/she takes you on the behind the scenes tour - which was awesome. After the tour, you can reenter and go around again on your own - taking your time, taking more pictures, getting something to eat and shopping. Just make sure you know when the last return bus to the train station is.
fab day out
, Feb 2020
Great day out all staff were warm and friendly tour guides especially. Guided tour provided information normally not provided.
Worth every penny!
, Feb 2020
This was so much fun. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. We really felt like we were able to learn a lot about everything that went in to making Harry Potter. I really liked that they kept the groups to a smaller size. (I think it was 15) It allowed us to move around without too much trouble. Everything was just as I expected, and more.

Wonderful experience
, Feb 2020
Recommend highly the fully guided tour. Worth the expense. Guide was knowledgeable and gave us background materials we would not have gotten. Also after the tour we went back and spent more time taking pictures. Spent the whole day.
