Our guide was very nice and accommodating. He lacked some of the history. We ever stopped at the acueducto or had time to buy tickets to see the monastery. Don't go on a weekend the lines and traffic are terrible. You can get this same tour on a hop on hop off.

Nuno was a wonderful guide, he showed us Lisbon the way we must see it. Not only the tourist thing, but the areas that you don't expect. He took into consideration the kids to make it extra fun. We saw Lisbon from many angles. He is highly recommended, he explained things very well. We loved loved this tour.

Nuno was our guide for this small group tour of the city of Lisbon. As it turned out, my husband and I were the only ones on the tour so it was essentially a private tour, which worked out wonderfully because I have some difficulty walking and use a cane. Nuno was able to customize where we went and how we got there to minimize the amount of walking or climbing up steps for me. He certainly had a wealth of information about the history of the city, the various peoples who inhabited over the years and in particular the architecture and improvements after the big earthquake. We also learned a lot about the Portuguese tiles. Nuno was not only knowledgeable but extremely pleasant and interesting. It was a great tour.

Our guide Raquel (or Rachel) was a great guide, her English was also very easy to understand although we find a lot of times that a lot of guides have such thick accents that you really have to tune in or ask them to talk slowly to be able to understand. Well, not the case with Raquel; she was one of the easiest to understand out of our entire Spain-Lisbon vacation. Other than that, she was very knowledgeable. We were given enough time at the stops we made. It is a very good way to get to know this beautiful city. My favorite stop was "lady of the mountain sightseeing spot where you get to see 180 degree panoramic view of the city. Second favorite is discoveries monument. a unique ship shaped monument with a great history to tell. Day very well spent in Lisbon.

Raoul was very knowledgeable. He brought us to see most of the historical monuments which Lisbon has a lot of! We had a great lunch and raoul got each of us the famous pastry de Nara at a place where the lines were so long.I accidentally left my jacket in the tour van and he dropped it off for me the next day! 😊 Was so happy!!

I fell in love with Lisbon because of this tour. We only had two nights in Lisbon and I'm glad we decided to spend one whole day with Rui who showed us around the city that he is obviously very proud of. He knows the history behind the places and monuments, and tells it with so much enthusiasm that you can't help but be awed by all the facts, trivia, and events that happened in the past. It was also convenient that we were traveling in a private van because we also got to ask questions while en route to the different places.

We had an enjoyable tour of the great city of Lisbon. The only reservation we had was with the narration. It could have flowed better. Our guide was prone in having to give some thought in what he was trying to communicate, making the discourse at times awkward. Given that there was a great deal of history and facts incorporated in the tour made it almost too much to cover, less could have been more. However, the guide's passion for Lisbon, the city he grew up in, and the country of Portugal was remarkable. We came away with an understanding and admiration for the people of Portugal.

We booked this tour for our second day in Lisbon. Rui I hope I'm spelling it right, pronounced Huey I believe, was just amazing. I've been on many tours before where it just seems rehearsed and they are just spitting out facts. However, our guide really felt like a friend who was showing us around a city that he grew up in and loved so much. We really got a sense of where everything was in Lisbon which helped us out for the rest of our trip. It's a nice way to get a quick rundown of Lisbon and we were all so amazed by how much history and beauty Lisbon had. The tour saved us time since we were able to see multiple places since there was a mode of transportation. It was also great that the group was very small. I can say hands down the best tour I've been on! Thank you for the great storytelling and your awesome driving skills. We fell in love with Portugal!!!!

My wife and I enjoyed looking around Lisbon all day on this tour. Using the small van makes it a lot easier to navigate the narrow streets compared to being on a large bus, so we got to see more local stuff. The tour really was all day, we were picked up at our hotel at 9 AM and didn't return until after 5:30 PM. I recommend this tour if you want to look around Lisbon. Our guide Nonu spoke excellent English and was there for whatever we wanted to see and do.

This trip is a good way to spend the first day of your Lisbon holiday. With our excellent guide, we went to various neighbourhoods in Lisbon learning about the history of each area and taking pictures of the many historical buildings. There were several highlights of the day. We enjoyed seeing and learning about the 18thcentury aqueduct. and the Monument to the Discoveries , The famous Portuguese pastry we tasted was excellent. We ate lunch as a group at a traditional Portuguese restaurant and with our guide's translation enjoyed some excellent seafood. The one big negative of the trip was the poor air conditioning in the van. The temperature outside was 32 degrees and by the end of the day we couldn't wait to get out of the van.
