The Captain and Mate / Guide were great. They were very friendly and entertaining. They shared info about the sites we passed and overall history. The only reason for the 4 vs 5 stars is we interpreted snacks as more than just cheese. If you take this one, bring your own choice of bites with you.

The yacht was 58ft and plenty roomy for the 14 person tour. Captain was very helpful answering all my questions and my only regret is that the winds were not favorable for using the sails so we motored the whole time.

We were running late due to our plane arriving in Lisbon. The crew waited for us for almost half hour. I wouldn’t recommend it but it was such a fun experience and we were so grateful. They could do a bit better with the so called snacks though

Friendly crew and beautiful views from the river. But we never really sailed...we were under motor the whole time and while the main was up it wasn't doing much work. I was expecting a sail...maybe I didn't read the description carefully enough>?

Dear Michael, first of all thank you for being aboard Lisbon Byboat. I am sorry that we couldn't meet 100% or exceed your expectations regarding our Tour, but as you surely understand, there was not enough wind on that day to allow Us to just sail 100% as we usually do. We always put the Sail up, but without enough wind, we have to use the engine slowly to be able to move the Yacht and perform the tour over the Lisbon Historical Coastline, otherwise, the Yacht would be drifting with no wind. We always do our best, but ultimately we cannot control the weather. I hope you understand this and review your evaluation upon our Service, since as you described, you enjoyed our Service. Excellent tour. Small number of us on board, so not crowded. Crew very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Doing tour late afternoon allows ample time for finding a restaurant for dinner afterwards. Highly recommend for a different perspective on Lisbon.

Our yachting experience was with LISBOAT. The only regret was that we didn't book them for a full day! We did the 3-hour tour experience and it was AMAZING. We learned so much about the history of Lisbon while meeting new people and enjoying snacks (charcuterie) and beer/wine. Customer service of the tour guides was on point. This happened to be the 2nd day of our vacation and I'm so glad we booked this - it really started off our vacation on the right foot. Cannot recommend it enough!!
