City Park at Port Upon debarking your ship and exiting the security area, from the main entrance of Port of Kotor you turn left, walking past the bridge, then turn left again walking to the park. You will find a sign "Montenegro Submarine and Speed Boat Tours". It is 200m or 5 minutes away.

  • It is not allowed the enter in swimwear inside the church, Our Lady of The Rocks - you must have at least a T-shirt on.
  • We recommend you bring sunglasses, a sunhat, sunscreen, a camera, comfortable shoes or sandals, a jacket for chilly weather, swimwear, a towel, and flip flops.
  • During April, May, and October, the church of Our Lady of the Rocks and the museum are open until 5 pm. In June and September until 6 pm, and in July and August until 7 pm. We recommend you dress warmer during the spring and autumn months because it can be chilly.

Highlight of our Med Cruise

We booked this as an excursion on our Royal Caribbean cruise. Honestly, we didn’t know what to expect but this turned out to be the highlight of our vacation. A couple of logistical considerations for anyone doing this on a cruise - leave yourself plenty of time to get ashore. Kotor is a tender port for most large ship and it took significantly longer for us to get off the ship and to the port. Thankfully, the crew was very accommodating and waited for us. Once we got going, it became quickly apparent that we were in for a wonderful afternoon. The submarine pens were absolutely fascinating but the blue caves blew us away. We were grateful to have 20 mins to swim in the water before heading back. Again, we can’t recommend this experience highly enough.

Great tour, be aware of peak season

Was a pretty good tour. The guide, skipper and boat were fantastic, as well as the admin team. We booked the wrong day by accident and they kindly allowed us to go on the day we planned to. Only thing to note about this tour is that it does feel quite rushed with the stop at the lady of the rocks being for approx. 20 mins and swim stop for 20 mins. The cave itself is very very busy (with approx. 15) boats visiting at a time. Obviously we came in peak season, so can’t say we didn’t expect this. But overall a good time.

Eno was our tour guide, and his assistant David. Myself, my husband and our 3 kids(age 4, and 10) had a FANTASTIC time!! I was hesitant to book all 5 of us for this tour because it was pricey for 5 people, although per person it’s not pricey at all- anything X 5 is a lot (haha…) but we are SO happy that we booked this. This was the highlight of our week long cruise. The location to meet is so close to the cruise port that it couldn’t have been easier to get to, so for that alone- it’s a plus. The tour itself was amazing. The boats are so nice and clean, fast, and beautiful with almost the entire boat covered with shades. Eno was a fantastic guide, and he played the best music that had us on vacation mode 100% of the time. I recommend anyone to take this. It’s worth every cent and even a tip!

The trip itself was very pleasant and enjoyable, but the previous one spoiled the mood a little. We (me, my husband and 5-year-old son) had a reservation for 15:00, we were there 20 minutes earlier. Other waiting people were directed to the boats, but we were left waiting. It was not easy to wait in the dark with a child in the heat of over 30 degrees. Finally, around 3:30 p.m., we also got on the boat.

This trip was great! So much fun and saw a lot in 3 hours. The best part was seeing the blue cave and swimming in the water. Staff was knowledgeable friendly and helpful. boat ride was beautiful and amazing. The only thing that I would changed was how many people were on each boat. I did this tour with my wife on a day trip from Podgorica. We both loved the boat trip, the views are amazing and the staff were all really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Lady of the Rocks was really nice but the highlight was swimming in the sea around the blue cave.

Worse than my grades

Don't go if you want to swim in the cave, coz you ain't going to. I've never been this disappointed, almost as bad as my A-level grades. First of all it's for sure overpriced, with no valid reason, it costed us £39 per person, while all the other tours guides costs about £33, for the roughly the same stuff. The tour guide is lovely dude, BUT trip itself is a JOKE. If you want to spend 5 minutes looking at a black hole, some called blue cave then yeah go for it lmao. We expected swimming around blue cave. If not just driving in the blue cave. But due to seasonal tide rise, it was not possible to even get near the blue cave, however this information was mentioned anywhere. Also, snorkelling kit/ Life jackets were even on the damn boat. The reason being "the season came early & we WEREN'T PREPARED for it". Not sure why they're prepared to charge us though, very funny. Another thing is one of the stop requires you to be fully clothed. Again, not previously mentioned anywhere, I turn up with a crop-top & shorts, the receptionist didn't say anything, I only found out about that when I'm literally in the middle of the sea :) Please just don't even bother, there're better things to do in life. Go get yourself a damn ice cream and call it a day.

Every comment and suggestion of our passengers is very important to us, but we are shocked by this review. The person in question did not hesitate to insult and gives herself the right to determine whether someone will ride with us or not. One - A person was inappropriately dressed (eager for photo-shooting) unfollowing a dress code for visiting Our Lady of the Rocks WHICH IS WRITTEN IN EACH OF OUR TOUR. Also, it was windy and chilly (she was offered to wear the wardrobe offered to her by the skipper but she refused it). Two - Whenever the weather conditions do not allow it (tide, waves, storm ...) we do not enter the Blue Cave solely for safety reasons, NOTING THAT WE ARE READY FOR FULL REFUND IN THAT CASE! Three - absolutely every one of our speedboats, among other things, has lifebelts, without them we simply would not be able to register them. Four - all passengers who rode with the person in question that day left a grade of 5! Five - she did not show any dissatisfaction at any time during the ride, but on the contrary, she smiled and enjoyed the bow of the speedboat. Six - a lady notes that our tour is too expensive, and ignores the fact that our fleet has 11 speedboats, five of them completely new, made in 2022. People who read these comments are asked to understand that today everyone has the freedom to express their opinion via the Internet. On the other hand, we invite you to join us and see why they consider us the best company that deals with speedboat tours and this part of the Adriatic.
