  • Kids under 14yrs old are required to show their passport in order to have reduced tickets. In case they do not any documents showing their age, they must pay the difference for the adult's fee of 12€ on the spot
  • Access to the museum will be allowed only with the use of suitable CE masks (see Ordinance RT no. 48) to cover the mouth and nose and disposable gloves.

Our guide, Caterina, provided us with a wealth of information. She took the time to answer questions and gave us information based on our interests, which she took the time to learn. Her study and background of Florence and art made the experience even better. The initial meeting went smoothly and we had a great time with her. When line of our party had a minor mishap, she took the time to help. Her knowledge about the statue of David and Michelangelo added a great deal to our experience. This was a lovely walking tour through Florence. Flavia was an excellent guide! She provided the history on many buildings, bridges, and works of art. The guide helped expediate the process (security/green pass) of getting into the museum to see the David.
