Shared Departure Transfer: Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Orebic and Korcula Town Hotels to Dubrovnik Airport

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this tour operator at all. We booked a shuttle at 12, arrived at 11:57 and apparently the bus was already on its way to the airport, because we didn't see an email the tour operator sent us two days before about a change of schedule to 11:50. When I called the operator they told us to get a taxi by ourselves and that we'd settle the misunderstanding later on via email. We paid additional 55€ for the taxi, just to later on receive a message from the operator that there will be no refund at all without any sign of understanding or concession. In the end it was a classic tourist rip off reaction, that completely spoiled our last day of an otherwise wonderful time in Dubrovnik. I would honestly recommend to simply get a cab, which might be a little more expensive but at least there's good service and friendly people included without the need to read crucially important emails that don't care about a reading confirmation and they simply pick you up where ever you are. Also taxi drivers in Dubrovnik are incredibly friendly and interested, you might end up having a blast riding with them!

The Company were excellent and on time and I made a change to my arrangements on my return journey and they helped me with those changes which I was very impressed with. I would strongly recommend this Company for anyone going to the Orebic region from Dubrovnik airport as it quite a long way and they were very reliable.

I had a 7:30AM international flight and did not want to haul my luggage to the airport bus. I received clear instructions and a photo of the pick up location. The driver arrived 5 minutes early and the drive to the airport took 20-30 minutes. There was one other passenger. This was a fast, affordable, and easy way to get to the airport.

Even it was a shared transfer, but I was the only customer so it became a private one with same price. Driver was very punctual for pick up and hassle free to Dubrovnik airport in an air-con van.

What a terrible experience! Booked shared transfer from hotel to Airport. Two days before the transfer they emailed me the pick up time 12:30 at the hotel. The time was set so that I would be at the airport 4 hours before my flight. Asked them to give me a later time slot for my 16:50 flight. They wrote back my flight is at 15:10. Well, that was true when I booked the flight but couple weeks later the airline moved the departure time to 16:50. Emailed the company saying the airline moved the flight departure and they could check on the airline homepage asked them to assign me a later pick up time for the airport transfer. Instead, they wrote back saying the airport still lists the original flight time and that they only trust in this as it is official. What the hell?? They trust more in the airport which only provides a parking space for the plane rather than trusting the airline who is actually flying the plane?? In the end, I did not use this transfer and instead used the normal airport bus. All went fine and I flew back home with my 16:50 flight. This company does not know what customer service is and is unable to deal with flight changes. Would definitely not book again!

The company notified me a day before regarding the departure time through Email , SMS and a hard copy to the hotel desk. The driver was so punctual. Excellent.
