• We walk in the countryside so you need shoes suitable for that (runners are ok). Please let us know if you are unable to walk on uneven terrain, we will walk for about 1h – 1h30 in the wood, or if you have any special dietary requirement (e.g. vegetarian, allergies...)
• If we have bad weather we will be in touch to make sure you are still up for it!
• Not recommended for travelers with back problems

• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
