We did the full day with the kids. Thomas our guide was amazing, knowledgeable and lots of fun. The scenery was beautiful and the trail he took us was great. The coffee stop and lunch were also great… people were lovely. We would very much recommend.

We found it to be a great day out. The driver/guide was very friendly and entertaining, with good knowledgeable of the area, the history and the vegetation, occasionally stopping to pick a herb for us to guess what it was. The lunch consisted of a nice meal with a choice of wine, sangria, orangeade and water. There was various stops, one of which was at a village distillery to try the local spirit and also some homemade jams and honey. We've been on a couple of excursions, both of which were good, but this on was by far the best.

This was an incredible tour. The tour guide was very personable and funny and definitely knew a lot about Portugal’s history. He showed us a bunch of wild plants and told us how they can be used which definitely peaked my interest. We stopped at a distillery which was a fun tasting experience. It was a very intimate tour with only 6 people which made it great to ask questions and get to know everyone. I would highly highly recommend going on this tour.

We had the most wonderful time at this jeep safari and got to see the Algarve mountains (a completely different side of Albufeira!). Hugo was the most perfect guide - he was so knowledgeable and funny and made the jeep ride so enjoyable. We stopped at local attractions to see and take pictures, and Hugo picked out local flowers and spices for us to see and smell. Met and made friends with the nicest people on our jeep and the food and drink was so nice!

Our guide was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, funny and just an all around nice guy. Collection from our hotel was perfect, the overall tour was fantastic… the lunch and firewater was a great addition. Would highly recommend this company and this trip to everyone

The Included lunch was absolutely brilliant, you could ask and receive more of everything, and tasted fantastic. The farm and tasting session was also great, we were educated on how everything was produced and our friendly guide, Gil, was very experienced with the area and spoke very good English.

Really great and friendly tour guide, showed us lots of interesting things in the mountains. Loved the local food and tried they’re local honey. Shame it started to rain and we couldn’t explore the village or swim in the waterfall.

Absolutely fantastic! Massive thanks to Hugo for the extra effort he put in. The whole group had such a great time and the waterfall and swim was to die for!!!! It was like a mini tropical paradise. The lunch was beautiful and they even catered for another girl who was a vegetarian. The sights, explanations and journey as a whole was 100% 5star! Next time we come with our family we will be doing it again and definitely asking for Hugo. Thank you!!

This was an amazing day out, luckily there was only 3 other passengers so felt like an more intimate tour..we saw lovely views, beautiful wildlife and learnt about the country and people. We even sampled some fresh oranges and let us smell different herbs common in The Algarve region. The distillery stop was a hidden gem we never would have found on our own. Amazing jams, honey, bee pollen and fire water tasting experience . Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, funny and passionate about his work and country! The meal was tasty and filling and even catered for me (a vegetarian). it was in a lovely local restaurant and drinks included. I could not have asked for anything more, even had a lovely swim in the natural spring by the waterfall.. It was really refreshing. Thank you very much!

The tour was one of the best things during my holiday. It gives you a unique opportunity to get to know the local rural areas at the Algarve off the main tourist tracks. Marco, our driver, knows the Algarve like the back of his hands. We drove through beautiful landscape, mountains, little villages. We stopped twice to visit local farmers where we could taste honey, almonds, figs and of course the famous Medronho, that you could also buy which is a good opportunity to do so. Marco was taking a lot of pictures so you can bring home many memories. The tour through the mountains was sometimes quite rough but this makes it adventurous. Definitely recommend taking the tour!

Great family entertainment and a break from the beach and pool routine. We learned about the location vegetation, history of the region, and got to try figs and almonds straight off of the tree. Interesting information on the cork tree. We also stopped and got to try local honey and medronho fire water. Both were really good. Lunch was fine and the day wrapped up at a local swimming hole fed from a spring. A unique, fun experience. Our guides were fantastic and made it fun.

Absolutely brilliant! First you go inland to see villages and different fruit trees and eventually go into the mountains where u r only on a track. It can get a bit hairy when descending - b warned. We were told about allsorts and stopped off for many things including cork trees, a donkey, a tortoise pond, lakes, a distillery where an old lady makes firewater and another liqueur from carob...and her own hunny. You all get to try all of this aswell. Then lunch in a pretty village off the beaten track in a proper restaurant. We had olives,bread,butter,sardine pate. Followed by veg soup. Then roast chicken with chips and salad. Then they give you wotever fruit is in season and freshly picked in the area. Ours was watermelon. Also included was water,cola,orange juice, local wine,or beer. The last stop for an hour before heading home was at a natural spring water area where there is a café and loos and a small waterfall, and u can also swim there. A fab day out.....defo recommend it
