At the end of our visit to the Tafona, we will go to the probably best rural hotel in Mallorca to taste 3 varieties of our wines (white, rosé and red) accompanied by an exclusive Mallorcan aperitif on a wonderful terrace with views of the Serra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We are very proud of our distillery and gin creation, so would love to show you how it’s made. As part of our distillery tour you will be greeted with a refreshing Gin Palma & Tonic whilst being taken through a brief history of gin and how it has become so popular today. We will then teach you about Gin Palma, the unique and special botanicals we use and the process of distilling it in our handcrafted copper still. Of course there will be a tasting involved along the way as well !
